Have now registered for patient access as found it very difficult to get an appointment on the telephone especially when you work. Think early morning appointments should be kept for workers

We do not visit the surgery very often. When we do need an appointment it is not always easy. However, when we do have one we find the doctors and nurses ready to listen, thoughtful and thorough. The radio in the waiting areas is annoying and certainly not very soothing
